Services: Couples Therapy

Relationships can be complicated.

Strengthening Your Relationship Together

When you enter couples therapy, you’re not just bringing yourselves into the space, you’re bringing your relationship.

In couples therapy, your relationship is our client.

Our role is to help you both nurture, heal, and strengthen that connection, rather than take sides or focus solely on individual concerns.

Collaboration

We’ll collaboratively work with you both to better manage these ups and downs.

Equality

You and your partner will be given equal consideration throughout our counselling sessions.

Perspective

We’ll help you identify what’s valuable at this time in your life and to focus on what matters most.

For all couples, Our Focus is
Your Relationship
